Who we are
The data controller is Red Robot s.r.o., Company ID 09154736, registered office Thámova 221/7, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 331025. Contact: contact@redrobot.cz, tel. +420 604 991 874.
What data we process and why
- Contact form and email: name, email, phone number (if you provide it), company name and area of interest (optional), the content of your message and, for technical reasons, the page the form was sent from (including utm campaign parameters), the referring page and, if you have allowed analytics cookies, the page you entered the site on. Purpose: handling your enquiry and follow-up communication. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract / legitimate interest. We keep the data for the duration of the communication and no longer than 2 years after it ends.
- Job applicants: data from the CV you send us, for the duration of the selection process (longer only with your consent). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps, or your consent for longer retention.
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing and no automated decision-making takes place. These processors help us handle the data:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, run by Devro LABS) relays messages from the form to our mailbox. Everything you fill in (name, email, phone, company, area of interest and message) therefore passes through its servers. FormSubmit does not publish its registered seat or server location and does not show that it processes data in the EU, so a transfer outside the EU cannot be ruled out. It handles the data under its own policy (formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf). If you would rather not use the form, write to us directly at contact@redrobot.cz.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365) runs our mailbox. Messages from the form and emails you send us are stored only there. Microsoft may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Company ID 28115708) runs the server that hosts the website. On every visit the server records technical data (IP address, time, the address visited and the browser type) to keep the website secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies
The website uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: these keep the site working and store your consent choice (localStorage, valid for 12 months). Always on.
- Analytics: traffic measurement so we know what interests you. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), only with your consent. Google Analytics stores a pseudonymous browser identifier in the _ga and _ga_* cookies (valid for up to 2 years) to recognise repeat visits. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Retention in the tool is set to 14 months at most. With the same consent we remember the page you entered the site on in your browser (localStorage) for 30 minutes and send it only with a form you submit. Legal basis: your consent. Without it Google Analytics is not loaded.
- Marketing: campaign effectiveness measurement. Currently no such tool is deployed. If we introduce one, we will name it here. Loaded only after your consent.
On your first visit a cookie bar appears where you can give or refuse consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the link in the footer. Until you consent, no analytics or marketing tools are loaded.
The map of our office loads only after you click on it (only then do you connect to Google Maps, governed by Google's privacy policy (opens in a new window)). Web fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is sent to Google when the page loads.
How we use artificial intelligence
This website does not use chatbots, AI assistants or automated decision-making about visitors. AI helps us prepare texts and product previews, but people on our team are responsible for all content and approve every text before it is published. We also use AI in development and in our own products. In VibeStruct, for example, AI is started and operated solely by the user, so they always know when they are working with it. Questions? Write to contact@redrobot.cz.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, write to contact@redrobot.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (uoou.gov.cz).
