We work out the form of the partnership together. It can be a minority stake, a joint venture or a full takeover.
How it usually goes

- Trust from the start. Everything you share with us stays between us. You talk directly with the owners of Red Robot.
- A shared view of value. We go through the product, the team and the numbers and work towards a fair valuation.

What we have already done
VibeStruct: investing in our own product
We are building and funding our AI platform for bringing agents into everyday work ourselves, from scratch. It already runs with its first clients and partners (2026).
4BPM Innovations: co-founding a consortium
Together with our partners IBPM Solutions and Astomicon we founded the company behind the 4BPM platform (2025).
Pulsar Solutions: joining a joint venture
An equity investment in an AI product for manufacturing that provides a knowledge base and AI assistance for maintenance. We have been developing it together since 2024.
ZenBPM: co-founding an open-source initiative
We are a founding member of the non-profit PB Initiative, which develops the open-source process engine ZenBPM for BPMN 2.0 and DMN. ZenBPM is one of the engines of the 4BPM platform (2025).
