## Challenge

**SharePoint across a large organisation cannot be run by hand.** Creating folders, uploading documents, metadata and permissions are repetitive operations that call for automation. And because these are company documents, strict security requirements apply.

## Solution

**A REST API on top of Microsoft Graph that automates SharePoint operations:**

- folders, file uploads, metadata and permissions through one API,
- authentication via Azure AD.

## Result

**SharePoint operations that used to mean manual work are now handled by an API.** Surrounding systems connect to it without knowing the internals of Microsoft Graph, and the client's security requirements were met without compromise.
