# Clooney: experts who have known the system since 2017

Client: CETIN · strengthening the in-house team

## Challenge

**Clooney is CETIN's process system built on the Conclusion platform.** It brings projects, service management and testing together in one place. The system is heavily customised: people who know it in depth are hard to find on the market, and a newcomer cannot be trained in a few weeks.

## Solution

The project is led by CETIN's in-house team, and we provide key experts who bring both capacity and knowledge of the system:

- development of new features and integrations with surrounding systems,
- requirements analysis and turning requirements into solutions,
- sharing know-how with CETIN's in-house people.

## On the project longer than it seems

- 2017 | Our colleagues start working on Clooney, at that time as employees of another supplier.
- 2020 | We found Red Robot and continue on the project.

## Result

**The platform is in daily operation, and we have kept knowledge of Clooney in the team since the company was founded.** This gives CETIN a choice: request experts from us who know the system, or train its own people with our help. That is exactly how we want to work: long-term and responsible for making sure the know-how stays.
